This team is responsible for the platforms and systems that power everything from large-scale model training to real-time deployment, and you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and mapping the technical talent that makes that possible.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for high-impact roles supporting large-scale model training, real-time AI systems, and the infrastructure that powers them</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute targeted sourcing plans for niche and highly competitive technical talent markets</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain deep talent maps, target lists, and market intelligence for priority hiring areas</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful, high-quality outreach and long-term relationship building</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and analyze sourcing performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates to continuously improve effectiveness</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support recruiters by providing insights, pipeline coverage, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to brand-forward sourcing efforts that position OpenAI as the destination for world-class infrastructure and systems talent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We’re Seeking</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth, premier technology environments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven success sourcing for highly specialized and competitive technical roles</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong research, mapping, and market intelligence skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written communication and candidate engagement abilities</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to partner effectively with recruiters and senior engineering stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Workplace &amp; Location</strong></p>\n<p>This role is based in our San Francisco or Seattle office. We are not considering remote applications for this role.
