We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Management, Sr Staff Engineer to join our Mixed-Signal Semiconductor IP team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Lead cross-functional teams, defining project roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing, and aligning objectives across business units.
• Identify resource needs, manage risks, and resolve project issues to keep initiatives on track and within scope.
• Drive process improvements and establish best practices for efficient project execution and team productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular status updates and clear communication to management and customers, fostering transparency and trust.

• Expertise in risk and change management, adept at navigating complex project challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
