Ford Credit is building Ford Credit Bank and launching a greenfield deposit banking operation. This role leads engineering delivery and operational excellence for the bank’s core banking ecosystem, with primary accountability for Fiserv DNA (core processing / system of record) and Fiserv Create Digital (digital banking experience).

As a Director of Engineering based in Chennai, you will build and lead teams responsible for both ‘build’ and ‘run’ outcomes: reliable platform delivery, production stability, operational controls, and continuous modernization. You will partner closely with US-based product, architecture, security/identity, compliance, and bank operations leaders and coordinate delivery with Fiserv and other ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end engineering delivery and production operations for Fiserv DNA and Fiserv Create Digital (and other fiserv surrounds enabling the digital banking experience), including availability, resiliency, and release readiness. Establish strong run-the-bank practices: incident/problem/change management, on-call readiness, operational runbooks, and measurable reliability improvements. Lead secure platform integration patterns across Ford Credit systems, Fiserv platforms, and ancillary services using well-governed API-based connectivity. Partner with security and identity stakeholders to deliver compliant identity federation / unified login patterns and related operational controls. Embed regulatory-grade engineering discipline: access controls, audit evidence, segregation of duties, vendor oversight, and risk management in day-to-day execution. Drive quality and non-production data compliance, including disciplined test data governance and use of masked/synthetic data where required. Modernize delivery and operations using DevOps/SRE patterns, observability, automation, microservices/event-driven integration where appropriate, and AI-enabled operational improvements (within risk and security guardrails). Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and operations leaders in Chennai; develop a culture of accountability, learning, and customer-first execution. Manage vendor outcomes and performance, establish clear SLAs/SLOs, governance cadence, and escalation paths to ensure predictable delivery.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience leading software engineering and/or production operations teams delivering mission-critical banking or regulated financial platforms. Hands-on leadership experience with Fiserv DNA (mandatory). Hands-on leadership experience with Fiserv Create Digital (mandatory). Demonstrated accountability for production stability (availability, incident response, change control) and delivery outcomes (roadmaps, releases, quality). Strong understanding of operational controls and compliance expectations for regulated environments (audit readiness, access controls, vendor oversight). Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams and influence across product, architecture, security, and operations stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Leadership Characteristics:

Operator + Builder: drives stability and control while modernizing engineering practices. Systems thinker: understands end-to-end customer journeys and platform dependencies. Execution-focused: creates clarity, accountability, and predictable delivery across teams and vendors. People leader: attracts and develops strong leaders; sets a high bar for ownership and collaboration.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months):

A durable operating model for DNA/Create Digital with measurable improvements in reliability, release quality, and transparency. Consistent operational controls and audit readiness embedded into engineering and vendor execution. Improved observability and automated operations capabilities, reducing time-to-detect and time-to-restore. A pragmatic modernization backlog (microservices/event-driven where beneficial) aligned to regulatory, security, and risk requirements. A strong leadership bench with clear succession, skills growth, and performance expectations.

Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role

Anthropic is building Treasury with scale and automation in mind from the start. We're creating modern, well-controlled processes that can grow with the business; supported by strong systems, clear governance, and practical use of AI-enabled tools. We're designing touchless, AI-native workflows from day one, with SOX-grade controls built in rather than bolted on.

This role reports to the Treasury Ops Lead and plays a central part in building and running the company's Treasury Operations foundation. You'll manage core activities: daily cash positioning, global bank account administration, intercompany funding, payment controls, and Treasury reporting - while improving processes so the function scales efficiently as the company grows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both execution and process building. You should be comfortable running key day-to-day activities while identifying opportunities to improve, automate, and strengthen controls.

You'll be the second person in a Treasury Ops function at a company that's growing fast and building deliberately. The processes you design in your first six months are the ones the company runs on at 10x scale. The ownership is end-to-end, and the toolkit is ours - you'll design Treasury workflows that are AI-native from the first draft, the way only Anthropic can.

Core Treasury Operations

Manage daily cash positioning across entities and currencies, including tracking balances and consolidating cash activity

Lead global bank account management; account opening and closing coordination, signer updates, KYC documentation, and portal administration

Help design and manage intercompany settlement and funding processes, including documentation and ongoing improvement

Maintain short-term cash forecasting, including variance tracking and reporting

Support payment workflows and controls; approval routing, exception handling, operational process improvements

Support Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee issuance and post-M&A Treasury integration activities

Systems & Automation

Support TMS implementation, bank connectivity, reporting enhancements, and process standardization

Design the 'Claudification' layer: identify which workflows go touchless, build the automation, keep humans in the decisions that need judgment

Partner with Finance Systems to simplify and automate Treasury processes

Own Treasury data quality - the source of truth that everything downstream depends on

Controls & Governance

Execute Treasury processes with strong focus on controls, documentation, segregation of duties, and audit readiness

Support development and maintenance of Treasury policies, procedures, and control documentation

Document Treasury controls for SOX readiness; not as a separate project, but as how the work gets done

Partner with Accounting on close activities, reporting, and audit requests

What we're looking for

5–8 years in Treasury operations, ideally at a growth-stage or scaling company where you saw processes get built, not just inherited

You currently own the daily cash position. You log into the bank portals, you run the position, you execute the wires. This is a doing role, not a managing role

Treasury-native depth. You came up through Treasury; TMS, KYC mechanics, bank account administration, cash positioning judgment. This isn't a payments-processing seat; it's a Treasury seat

Player-coach DNA. You still do the work; run the cash position, chase the KYC doc, troubleshoot the wire - while building the system so nobody has to do it manually next quarter

Hands-on TMS experience. You've worked in a Treasury Management System (Kyriba, GTreasury, Trovata, Quantum, or similar): configured it, broken it, fixed it. Implementation experience is a plus but not required

SOX in your DNA. You think in audit trails, approval chains, and segregation of duties; not because compliance makes you, but because well-controlled processes are the ones that scale

Comfort with ambiguity. There's no playbook here. You'll write it

AI-first mindset. Not a prompt engineer; a Treasury person who wants the model handling data so you can focus on decisions.

Strong candidates may also have:

Exposure to SOX readiness or IPO prep, even as a contributor

Multi-entity, multi-currency operations background

Worked with bank APIs or Treasury aggregators (Trovata, Kyriba, or direct connectivity)

APAC or EMEA bank account opening experience

About the Team

The Procurement Operations team runs the engine that turns intent into spend at OpenAI.

We sit between the people who need things (research, product, engineering, operations) and the systems that record, pay for, and report on them. Our job is to make it easy for teams to buy what they need while ensuring every dollar lands in the right place — on the right supplier, on the right PO, with the right data — so Finance, Legal, and Security can trust the outcome.

As OpenAI scales, this team is also where AI, automation, and self-service come to life. We design workflows that let more volume move touchlessly, while embedding controls and audit trails directly into the systems — so speed and rigor grow together. This team works side-by-side with Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Security, and Finance Systems to ensure the company can move fast without losing financial integrity or control.

About the Role

The Procurement Operations Leader owns the operational backbone of how OpenAI turns requests into committed, controlled, and payable spend. This role sits at the center of our purchasing lifecycle — ensuring that every request, PO, and supplier record is complete, policy-aligned, and ready to scale through automation, BPO support, and AI-assisted workflows already in production.

You’ll be responsible for the health of the intake-to-PO engine: how work enters the system, how it gets validated, how it routes, and how it lands in our financial systems. That includes strengthening the controls that keep us safe, the data that makes us fast, and the workflows that allow AI and self-service to do more of the work.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll design the systems and guardrails that enable scale, and you’ll also step into the queue when something breaks, when volume spikes, or when a complex case needs hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the intake-to-PO operating model, including request validation, routing, PO creation, change management, and supplier master data.

Ensure every request and PO is complete, policy-aligned, and audit-ready, with clean metadata that supports invoice matching and reporting.

Increase first-pass invoice match rates by improving upstream data quality and exception logic.

Reduce P2P cycle time through automation, self-service, and disciplined queue management.

Codify approval rules, exception handling, and segregation of duties directly into Zip, Oracle, and connected systems.

Expand and refine AI-assisted triage, validation, and routing so more volume moves through the system with less manual touchpoints.

Build and maintain dashboards and operational metrics to track intake health, cycle time, exception rates, and control performance.

Partner with Legal, Security, TPRM, and Finance Systems to ensure controls and policies are reflected in how work actually flows.

Serve as the escalation point when operational breakdowns occur — and lead the resolution through to a clean outcome.

Requirements

10+ years of experience running procurement, P2P, or intake-driven operations in fast-scaling environments.

A strong understanding of how upstream intake and metadata quality drive downstream invoice accuracy, audit readiness, and financial clarity.

A passion for transforming messy, manual processes into structured, scalable, automated systems.

Leveraged AI/automation to improve quality, speed, and scale.

Used data and metrics to spot risk, bottlenecks, and opportunities to simplify.

A strong grasp of controls, segregation of duties, and compliance requirements across Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

Comfort being a technical leader and a player-coach.

What We Offer

Competitive salary and bonus structure

Comprehensive benefits package

Opportunities for professional growth and development

Collaborative and dynamic work environment

Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance

How to Apply

If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information]. We look forward to hearing from you!
