<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>Own the Enterprise Platform Roadmap</p>
<p>Define and drive the roadmap for Mixpanel’s enterprise management surface , RBAC, SSO/passkeys, auth services, audit logs, admin controls, bulk user management, and settings UX</p>
<p>Develop a principled view of what the platform must guarantee (security, compliance, reliability) vs. what can be iterative , and sequence investments accordingly</p>
<p>Anticipate requirements from enterprise customers, internal security reviews, and compliance obligations; design ahead of the ask rather than reacting to it</p>
<p>Build business cases for platform investments, making the indirect ROI of security and compliance work legible to leadership</p>
<p>Establish operating cadence and governance across the two engineering tracks: align dependencies, create clear owners, and ensure predictable delivery</p>

<p>Drive Cross-Team Platform Integrity</p>
<p>Own the consistency and reliability of shared authentication, permissions, and admin patterns across Mixpanel’s product portfolio , ensure every product team builds on a stable, well-governed foundation</p>
<p>Partner with engineering leads to define clear APIs, auth contracts, and permission interfaces that prevent hidden dependencies and enable safe evolution</p>
<p>Define and maintain measurement standards for platform health: uptime, auth failure rates, admin task completion, enterprise onboarding velocity</p>
<p>Work closely with application security to ensure platform features meet enterprise security standards and pass external audits</p>
<p>We’re Looking For</p>
<p>Experience</p>
<p>5+ years of PM experience owning meaningful problems end-to-end; direct experience with identity, access management, enterprise administration, or security-adjacent product work strongly preferred</p>
<p>Track record of driving alignment and delivering outcomes across engineering, security, and GTM functions without formal authority</p>
<p>Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infrastructure investments where ROI is indirect or realised over long time horizons</p>
<p>Familiarity with enterprise sales and the role platform features (SSO, RBAC, audit logs) play in closing and renewing enterprise accounts</p>

<p>The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.</p>
<p>Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. This is a player-coach Tech Lead Manager (TLM) role: you’ll be both the most senior technical individual contributor on corporate security and the people leader for a lean, high-impact team of Security Engineers.</p>
<p>Corporate Security at Anthropic encompasses everything that protects our people, endpoints, networks, SaaS ecosystem, and corporate data—the full surface area outside of production infrastructure. The scope is broad and the team is deliberately small, which means you’ll need deep technical skills across multiple domains, strong judgment about where to invest, and a bias toward automation and engineering-driven solutions over manual process.</p>
<p>You’ll report into Security leadership and partner closely with IT, Infrastructure Security, Detection &amp; Response, and GRC teams. This role is high-visibility and high-autonomy: you’ll be expected to define the roadmap, make architectural decisions, and represent Corporate Security across the company.</p>

<p><strong>Technical Leadership &amp; Hands-on Engineering</strong></p>

<li>Own the security architecture, tooling, and controls for Anthropic’s corporate environment end-to-end, including endpoint fleets (macOS, Windows, ChromeOS), campus and office networks, SaaS applications, mobile devices</li>
<li>Design, build, and ship security automation, integrations, and internal tooling—including leveraging Claude and LLMs to accelerate security workflows</li>
<li>Define and enforce security baselines, hardening standards, and configuration policies across all corporate platforms</li>

<li>Collaborate with Detection &amp; Response on telemetry coverage, detection engineering, and incident handling for corporate-sourced events</li>
