As a Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer, you will work with business to understand ongoing strategy, GMS functional, technical, and support requirements, and provide or develop technical solutions for meeting their short-term and long-term business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Technical support, design, implementation, and maintenance of all OSI Monarch GMS/SCADA related applications
• Generation and SCADA modeling and testing of various generation or load resources across ERCOT
• Facilitating outage investigation/restoration of service to production environment
• Providing technical support for projects as needed
• Supporting leadership directly as well as engineers, I&E specialists, architects, and analysts from various disciplines to achieve desired business outcomes

Essential education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience with SCADA communication protocols, managing Windows Server configurations, security patches, and applications is also required.
