As a Conversational Design, Demo Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting pre-sales engagements through the design, analysis, and demonstration of Cresta’s AI capabilities. You’ll partner closely with Solution Engineers and Demo Engineering to craft compelling, high-quality conversational experiences that showcase Cresta’s value to prospective and existing customers. Your work will focus on establishing clear business cases for net new and upsell opportunities, using conversation design and data-driven assessments to highlight measurable impact.

Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers and Demo Engineering to design and deliver high-impact, AI-driven demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and Conversation Assessments that clearly articulate Cresta’s value in real-world customer scenarios. Develop and generate high-quality synthetic conversations and AI model behaviors that realistically simulate customer interactions and bring priority use cases to life in pre-sales environments. Conduct in-depth Conversation Assessments and data analyses to uncover opportunity areas, quantify measurable impact, and build compelling business cases for net-new logo acquisition and upsell expansion. Continuously enhance demo environments by strengthening QA/QM frameworks, reporting layers, behavioral configurations, intent mining, metadata generation, and dashboard development to ensure accuracy, realism, and actionable insight.

You'll identify exciting project opportunities with some of the largest companies across Consumer Goods industries, lead business development within the industry by creating, presenting and executing exceptional project proposals, drive the innovative problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements, manage client and Porsche Consulting project team members, review project deliverables prior to presentations, serve as primary point of contact for client executives, provide ongoing project feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members, enhance and train unparalleled Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools, and provide integral content for articles and develop presentations and other marketing materials.

What you need

To succeed in this role, you'll need a graduate degree with focus on Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education, hands on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the Consumer Goods sector, a high level of business acumen and consultative expertise, minimum 7 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and industrial goods corporations, minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development, goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation, second language fluency in Spanish, French, or German a plus, and a strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues.
