<li>Support the evolution and maintenance of design systems to promote consistency and scalability.</li>
<li>Evaluate and refine designs through user testing, performance data, and iteration post-launch.</li>
<li>Contribute to UX strategy and process improvements across SET initiatives.</li>
<li>Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to team development and best practices.</li>
