You will define and maintain release schedules that account for hardware/software dependencies, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serving as the central coordination point for all release-related activities across engineering, QA, product, and field operations</li>\n<li>Driving program-level planning, tracking, and risk management across multiple concurrent initiatives</li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining release governance processes, including branching strategies, freeze windows, and rollback procedures in collaboration with engineering leads</li>\n<li>Identifying systemic risks and blockers across programs and driving resolution with appropriate urgency and escalation</li>\n<li>Building and reporting on program and release KPIs, surfacing insights that inform leadership decisions on scope, schedule, and resource trade-offs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need to have 6+ years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment, with direct ownership of release management processes. You should have a proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs involving both software and hardware components.</p>\n<p>Additionally, you should have strong command of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices, including experience adapting them to hardware-coupled development cycles.
