Assist the other Valvoline councils (Customer, Material Master, Product Content Management) with defining business process for the product portfolio. (10%)
• Conducts in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends of the product portfolio and inform strategic product decisions. Stays up to date with agile development best practices. (10%)
• Leading other members of Digital Customer Experience team to understand product KPI’s to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and increase adoption. By making data driven decisions, iterates on features to enhance user satisfaction. Identifies areas for improvement and optimization that drive the maximum value for the business objectives. (10%)
• Mentor and coach junior Product Owners, instilling best practices and refining their product management skills. Provides leadership and guidance to a team of Product Owners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. (5%)
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT, or related experience and/or
• Minimum 7+ years of agile development, strategic, cross project coordination to ensure for effective use of corporate resources.

Preferred:

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience
• 5+ years of website development experience (for the business)
• Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent certification.
• Agile project management or equivalent certification.
