This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct EMI/EMC testing and analysis on electronic systems and components.</li>\n<li>Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification activities.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement design strategies to mitigate EMI/EMC issues.</li>\n<li>Prepare test plans, reports, and documentation for compliance verification.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with product design teams to ensure EMC requirements are integrated during the design phase.</li>\n<li>Identify program EMI/EMC risks and define strategies for reducing risk through the definition of modeling, simulation, or experimental activities.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on relevant standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464D, DOD-160, FCC, CISPR, IEC) and regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Conduct field tests and assessments to evaluate product performance in real-world environments.</li>\n<li>Work in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.</li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in EMI/EMC design and testing.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with EMC/EMI standards and regulations (e.g., MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464D, RTCA DOD-160, FCC, IEC, CISPR, SAE).</li>\n<li>Proven expertise in E3 design, analysis, testing and mitigation strategies.
