The role will involve advising and guiding cross-functional teams across geographies on varied regulatory frameworks.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the strategic development and execution of highly scalable regulatory programs across multiple jurisdictions</li>\n<li>Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies for senior leadership</li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional technical partners to design systems and tooling that enable proactive, automated compliance solutions</li>\n<li>Identify and lead resolution of regulatory risks or incidents, coordinating with legal and policy counterparts to develop mitigation and escalation strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex regulatory environment</li>\n<li>Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate regulatory risks</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory information as applicable and required for varied audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p>How We&#39;ll Take Care of You:</p>\n<p>Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
