The onboarding program already exists — this role focuses on operating, scaling, and continuously improving the system that powers it.</p>\n<p>You will manage onboarding operations end-to-end: coordinating cohorts, aligning stakeholders, evolving program structure, and ensuring new hires ramp quickly and confidently.
