<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will work across the full stack—spanning Frontend and Backend—combining robust engineering practices with the power of modern AI to deliver critical features for Copilot and our broader ecosystem. You will drive the technical design, implementation, and deployment of critical AI services and AI user interfaces. Set a high bar for AI-native engineering by leveraging deep understanding of advanced AI solutions and frontline AI coding experience to accelerate development cycles.</p>
<p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p>

<li>Drive the technical design, implementation, and deployment of critical AI services and AI user interfaces.</li>
<li>Set a high bar for AI-native engineering by leveraging deep understanding of advanced AI solutions and frontline AI coding experience to accelerate development cycles.</li>
<li>Actively explore the latest advancements in AI-assisted programming and integrate them into daily workflows to build low-latency backend services and responsive frontend interactions with greater efficiency.</li>

<p><strong>The Candidate we&#39;re looking for</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of full-stack development, including deep proficiency in both Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) and Backend services, with a strong grasp of scalable system architecture and design patterns.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Personal attributes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A highly open mindset with a relentless drive for continuous learning.</li>
<li>Demonstrated willingness to embrace new technologies, tools, and paradigms—especially the rapid evolution of AI coding workflows—and apply them to solve complex engineering challenges.</li>
