We are looking for someone with strong experience building and operating production AI systems, including LLM-based workflows. You should have a solid understanding of modern AI practices such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Proven experience designing and delivering shared platforms or services at scale is also essential.

As a member of our Platform Engineering division, you will be responsible for designing scalable AI architecture, establishing evaluation frameworks, and leading the design and implementation of scalable AI platform capabilities. You will partner with product and security teams to ensure AI solutions are safe, compliant, and production-ready.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience working in Agile development teams is also necessary.
