We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Utilities Cloud Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP Utilities Cloud implementation projects. The successful candidate will have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. They will also have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel. They will provide strategic direction and leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and quality assurance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with CxO level key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project success.
• Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems within the organization.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments. They will have a proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs.

Required qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP Utilities, SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to manage CxO-level stakeholder relationships and drive strategic alignment.
• Experience in budgeting, risk management, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C2).

Preferred qualifications include:

• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager.
• Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience with SAP Cloud for Utilities, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud deployments and Agile delivery models.
• Utilities industry experience, including regulatory and operational frameworks.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and foster high-performance delivery environments.
