Are you ready?</p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Utilities Cloud Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP Utilities Cloud implementation projects. The successful candidate will have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. They will also have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel. They will provide strategic direction and leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and quality assurance.</li>\n<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with CxO level key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.</li>\n<li>Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project success.</li>\n<li>Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems within the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments. They will have a proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs.</p>\n<p>Required qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of SAP Utilities, SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage CxO-level stakeholder relationships and drive strategic alignment.</li>\n<li>Experience in budgeting, risk management, and performance evaluation.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C2).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager.</li>\n<li>Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.</li>\n<li>Experience with SAP Cloud for Utilities, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Public Cloud deployments and Agile delivery models.</li>\n<li>Utilities industry experience, including regulatory and operational frameworks.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to mentor teams and foster high-performance delivery environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you&#39;re a motivated and experienced professional looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply even if you don&#39;t meet all the requirements listed above.
