      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As an HR Service Specialist, you will provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition teams at AVL Headquarters in Graz and in Germany by handling standardized administrative and coordination tasks across the full recruitment and onboarding process.</p>
<p>You will help ensure that job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, pre-boarding activities, and selected employer branding activities are delivered in a reliable, structured, and service-oriented manner.</p>
<p>In this role, you will work closely with colleagues at Headquarters as well as with other SSC stakeholders.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the drafting and publication of target-group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including multiposting.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including invitations, rejections, and ongoing communication.</li>
<li>Prepare contracts and manage offer processing for student interns, mandatory interns, and summer interns in close coordination with Talent Acquisition and HR Administration.</li>
<li>Support pre-boarding activities for new employees, including document management, IT requests, and onboarding checklists.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate data and support the filing of documents in digital personnel records, for example in SAP SuccessFactors.</li>
<li>Assist with standardized reporting, research activities, and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition environment.</li>
<li>Contribute to additional administrative and operational recruiting tasks and provide selective support for employer branding activities, for example trade fair registrations or the creation of generic job advertisements for career fairs.</li>
</ul>
<p>Profile:</p>
<ul>
<li>Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.</li>
<li>Initial professional experience in an HR environment, ideally in recruiting or HR shared services.</li>
<li>Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), and good English language skills.</li>
<li>Confident user of MS Office; experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and content management systems is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong service orientation and an affinity for structured administrative work.</li>
<li>Accurate, reliable, and independent working style.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.</li>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and transformation programmes. You will configure and optimise Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Time and Absence, and People Analytics. You will translate business and HR requirements into Workday solution design, facilitate workshops, and provide subject matter expertise. You will also support global, multi-country transformation programmes and contribute to business development and practice growth.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>

<li>5+ years (Senior Consultant) or 8+ years (Principal) in Workday HCM or HR technology consulting</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM</li>
<li>Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is highly appreciated</li>
<li>Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English (mandatory)</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Experience in HR transformation and operating model design</li>
<li>Workday certification preferred</li>
