Create or change Bill of Materials (BOM) within the SAP S/4 HANA system as per Engineering BOM as mandated by Engineering Change Notice (ECN).
\nBuild and maintain routings, including labor standards, machine times, and setup times in SAP based on data provided by Manufacturing Engineers.
\nEnsure SAP BOM accuracy in comparison with Engineering BOM using advanced excel based tools before the same is released for costing to Finance Department.
\nParticipate in weekly ECN meeting to understand the upcoming product changes and also to provide status update for SAP BOM related tasks.
\nWork closely with ECN coordinator for ECN task list timing related to SAP BOMs.
\nCoordinate with ME team members to track and maintain up-to-date data of Department KPI's. Do necessary follow-up to achieve the targets.
\nArchive documents and/or records and maintain the archive database.
\nFollow all departmental and general procedures where applicable.
\nPerform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Department Manager including assignments on shop floor.
\nAbide by all company safety rules, responsibilities, policies, and procedures including the legislative requirements of the OHSA.
\nWork in compliance and conform to the Environment and ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
\nAdopt and practice Kaizen principles; participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.
