\nAs a SAP Central Finance Program Director - Senior Principal, you will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance Transformations focusing on Central Finance projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, completion, and post-go-live support. You will manage relationships at CFO and Finance Director level, manage all program scope, budgeting, timelines, and resource management, ensuring alignment across business and IT. You will also manage large, multi-disciplinary teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to drive collaboration and programme success.

\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to have overall 15+ experience of SAP projects in SAP Finance areas. You should have direct experience selling and delivering in key SAP finance and EPM solutions such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and Central finance. \nThe IT Senior Manager – Change Management & QA is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of IT quality assurance, testing, performance validation, release governance, and change enablement. This role ensures all IT solutions—across ERP, digital platforms, integrations, and custom applications—meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, stability, and business readiness. Operating as a global leader within a matrixed environment, this position establishes standardized QA and change frameworks while developing high-performing global teams. The role plays a critical leadership position in the SAP S/4HANA transformation and ensures predictable, low-risk delivery across the global IT portfolio through disciplined change and quality practices.
