Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting situation appraisal and analysis of a supplier crisis on a specific part or assembly process
• Implementing immediate corrective action plans at critical suppliers
• Communicating with suppliers and summarizing reviews
• Assisting in reporting for root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation
• Contributing to continuous improvement through cycling Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) for area of responsibility

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to respond to critical issues and unplanned risk events. You will also need to be able to travel at moments' notice to confirm supplier situations at the spot (50% time).

Requirements

Supports the technical and ABAP code based applications in the landscape. Provide any and all technical support to all areas of the team. Builds new custom processes as needed. Helps support the health and BAU stability by troubleshooting and fixing technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Farmers Finance Platform on SAP S/4, BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• Provide BAU support and troubleshooting for existing customizations and technical issues
• Meet with business stakeholders, gather requirements, design a solution and estimate, build, test, support UAT and deliver to production
• Have an awareness of various SAP development life cycle tools
• Collaborate with other subject matter areas of the platform as needed (Security, Master Data, Basis, Finance Functional, PaPM, ETL, Reporting)
• Support business users with use of custom applications and configuration
• Is responsible for the conceptual design of business applications
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system
• Specifies / Recommends Integration and Parallel testing criteria
• Understands customers’ processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the business unit
• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements; Validates suppliers estimates
• Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
