Our Manufacturing practice defines business processes, designs and implements transformational and innovative solutions for some of the world&#39;s largest organisations.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling (FI/CO) process area</li>\n<li>Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices</li>\n<li>Plan, prepare and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops</li>\n<li>Design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and business process improvement measures</li>\n<li>Execute system integration tests and support data migration and cutover activities</li>\n<li>Ensure system implementation together with near-/offshore team members</li>\n<li>Act as a sparring partner for the client and take on project management responsibilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent</li>\n<li>At least 5-8 full project lifecycles of work experience in the area of SAP FI/CO /FSCM</li>\n<li>Profound finance and controlling business process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications</li>\n<li>S/4HANA project experience and/or certification</li>\n<li>Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country&#39;s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>You will become an integral part of a diverse and creative team within a genuinely innovative practice.
