\nAbout your role
\nAs a SAP Central Finance Program Director - Senior Principal, you will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance Transformations focusing on Central Finance projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, completion, and post-go-live support. You will manage relationships at CFO and Finance Director level, manage all program scope, budgeting, timelines, and resource management, ensuring alignment across business and IT. You will also manage large, multi-disciplinary teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to drive collaboration and programme success.
\nRequirements
\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to have overall 15+ experience of SAP projects in SAP Finance areas. You should have direct experience selling and delivering in key SAP finance and EPM solutions such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and Central finance. You should also have good understanding of SAP ECC and SAP BPC and other EPM platforms. Additionally, you should have delivered at least 4+ end-to-end SAP Programmes as Finance lead and 2+ end-to-end SAP Central Finance programmes as overall Program lead or Program Manager.
