<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer science engineering or equivalent with overall 5+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce developer</li>
<li>5+ years of hands-on design and development experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning and Apex</li>
<li>Must have Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including designing and developing custom integrations on the Salesforce platform</li>
<li>Must have good experience in Omnichannel implementation (Async Chat, Phone, Email) along with Amazon connect/CTI</li>
<li>Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks</li>
<li>Experience handling and managing large volumes of data and transactions with Salesforce</li>
<li>Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working on Agile projects with distributed teams</li>
<li>Good experience and understanding of UI/JavaScript frameworks</li>
<li>Experience building Restful services and good understanding of integration principles</li>
<li>Good to have exposure to Salesforce package based development and enterprise architecture design patterns</li>
<li>Good to have exposure to Agentforce</li>
<li>Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred</li>
