responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading end-to-end technical execution for Salesforce CX solutions, from design through deployment and ongoing production support</li>\n<li>Serving as the technical authority for Manufacturing Cloud implementations, ensuring scalable forecasting, agreements, and revenue visibility solutions</li>\n<li>Owning code quality, design decisions, and adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and architecture guidelines</li>\n<li>Remaining hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and complex business logic</li>\n<li>Driving proactive production support by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes</li>\n<li>Partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver agreed scope, timelines, and measurable business outcomes</li>\n<li>Providing technical mentorship through code reviews, design guidance, and best-practice coaching without formal people management responsibility</li>\n<li>Identifying technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges early and leading resolution efforts</li>\n<li>Supporting estimation, sprint planning, release readiness, and post-release stabilisation activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud in a production B2B environment</li>\n<li>6-7+ years of progressive Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud</li>\n<li>Proven experience operating as a Development Lead or Technical Lead while remaining hands-on</li>\n<li>Strong Salesforce development expertise including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting and stabilising production Salesforce environments, including incident resolution and root-cause analysis</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, governor limits, and performance optimisation</li>\n<li>Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft</li>\n<li>Experience delivering Experience Cloud solutions for partners or customers in a B2B context</li>\n<li>Nice to have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C) and end-to-end commerce flows</li>\n<li>Nice to have exposure to Salesforce CRM Analytics / Reporting / CX analytics tools</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into scalable technical solutions</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ability to influence technical direction, drive standards, and mentor peers without formal authority</li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Gearset, Copado, or similar)</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Competencies desired
