<p>Our GTM team is uniquely positioned to help customers realize the transformative potential of advanced AI models for their businesses and end users.</p>
<p>As part of the GTM Strategy &amp; Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in designing and scaling the operational systems that power our sales organization.</p>
<p>This role will serve as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, owning the end-to-end ops design for sales lifecycle , from lead routing through territory design, opportunity management, and deal execution. This role combines systems + process design with performance management, delivering insights and automation to improve field usability and velocity.</p>
<p>You’ll build a team and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Systems, Finance, Enablement, Legal, Deal Desk, and Security to build scalable infrastructure, streamline workflows, and enable efficient growth across the business.</p>

<p>You&#39;ll support in coordination of relevant business processes between Porsche Asia Pacific, Porsche AG and Porsche Singapore Retail. You&#39;ll assist and support the Porsche Singapore team in their daily business, support in Sales planning and operations of the Singapore market, support roll-out and training of Porsche digital tools and platforms, support the coordination and alignment of business planning &amp; reporting, help identify and implement sales process optimisation, and assist and support the Porsche Singapore team with monthly dealer steering meetings.</p>

<p>To succeed in this role, you&#39;ll need a Bachelor&#39;s student in areas such as Business Administration/Management, Information Systems, Economics, Communications, Sales, Marketing or Business Engineering. Past internship experience is preferred. You&#39;ll need fluency in written and spoken English with good communication skills and intercultural understanding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and sales systems knowledge is beneficial. You&#39;ll need to be team-oriented, open-minded, organised, analytical, quality-oriented, and willing to learn. You&#39;ll need the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>
