      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for an Environmental Health &amp; Safety Manager (Test Sites) to join our rapidly growing team. As Environmental Health &amp; Safety Manager, you&#39;ll be responsible for Anduril&#39;s safety and environmental policies, processes, and procedures primarily at our test sites and secondarily at our HQ supporting R&amp;D.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll roll up your sleeves from day one and jump right in, both crafting plans and strategies, while also owning the tactical responsibilities of the job yourself. You&#39;ll partner with a variety of individuals, including our Testing and Evaluation, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams, working to craft cross-functional improvements to our operations. You will serve as the primary EHS resource to our Testing and Evaluation teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead day-to-day EHS operations and process management at all Test Sites (Texas, California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada)</li>
<li>Design and create policies for employees to follow that minimize job-related hazards in our field testing and deployment environments in concert with site leadership</li>
<li>Develop and conduct safety training according to appropriate regulations</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong communication (both written and verbal) from the field back to the EHS team for further SOPs and curriculum development</li>
<li>Site compliance with federal, state, local, and landowner regulations</li>
<li>Conduct safety audits at sites and build improvements</li>
<li>Maintain, develop or implement site-specific environmental policies which include but are not limited to:</li>
<li>Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management</li>
<li>Air permitting</li>
<li>Spill prevention/response</li>
<li>Storm water management</li>
<li>Waste water</li>
<li>Incident and injury response</li>
<li>Coordinating with and serving as the main point of contact for local regulatory agencies</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree and 5+ years or 8+ years of related experience in manufacturing/assembling, R&amp;D operations is required.</li>
<li>You have experience with Federal and State OSHSA regulations, and the ability to monitor and interpret new regulations.</li>
<li>You understand the materials we use and implement handling policies based on regulations and best practices like range safety, laser safety, battery handling and disposal, etc.</li>
<li>You have a strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>You are a strong independent worker who can drive outcomes with minimal oversight.</li>
<li>You are skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal teams, customers, and business units.</li>
<li>You are extremely organized, proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>You&#39;re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.</li>
<li>Advanced use of MS Word, Excel, Slack, Outlook; other productivity tools.</li>
<li>50% travel will be required (domestic)</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.</li>

<p>Your key responsibilities:</p>

<li><p>Providing both a reactive and pro-active, highly skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure</p>
</li>
<li><p>Liaise with external contractors for reactive maintenance and to Schedule planned service maintenance. Request &amp; check RAMS, induct personnel, provide permits to work and oversee contractor works onsite to ensure work is carried out safely</p>
</li>
<li><p>Following and completing (signing off) planned maintenance (PMs, RMs &amp; CMs) via a Computer Maintenance Management System and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out</p>
</li>
<li><p>Actively participate in Projects, continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes</p>
</li>
<li><p>Assist in the administration of the CMMS (Frontline) to ensure its accuracy at all times. Frontline to be used for all maintenance and stock activities</p>

<p>The responsabilities of the Electrical Technician will include:</p>

<li>Install, inspect, and maintain wiring harnesses, sensors, electrical hardware, displays, and data acquisition systems.</li>
<li>Install, inspect, and maintain high voltage battery systems.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults during testing, races, and garage prep.</li>

<li>Comply with all safety standards and racing regulations (FIA, IMSA, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist with the setup and teardown of the electrical infrastructure at race events and tests.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Electrical Technician should have the following desired skillset:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as an electrical technician in motorsport or high-performance automotive environments.</li>
<li>Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>Experience with hybrid or electric powertrains is a strong plus specifically high voltage systems.</li>
<li>Ability to produce and maintain high level motorsport grade wiring harnesses and assemblies specifically dealing with fine gage wiring, Autosport connectors, Raychem sleeving, etc.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of 12V and 24V DC systems, CAN protocols, and motorsport wiring standards.</li>
<li>Familiarity with race car data systems (e.g., Cosworth, Bosch, MoTeC, Magneti Marelli).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and harness drawings.</li>
<li>Excellent soldering, crimping, and assembly skills specifically with motorsport level products.</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities under pressure.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress team environment with tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to races and test events, including weekends and extended hours.</li>
</ul>
