<p>About this role:</p>
<p>As Cyngn scales its production deployments of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), we are seeking a highly capable Field Services Engineer to join our growing team. This role is essential to the success of our customer deployment production operations and requires both technical skill and field service acumen.</p>
<p>Based in Mountain View, CA, this role involves frequent travel to customer sites to support, maintain, and troubleshoot our deployed robotic systems. This position bridges hands-on hardware interaction, field maintenance, software updates, and close collaboration with engineering and operations teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Travel to customer locations to perform installation, repair, upgrades, and calibration of production robotic systems.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct field-based diagnostics, perform root cause analysis, and execute corrective actions to maintain uptime.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Engineering Services and Engineering teams to deploy software updates, log issues, and provide feedback from the field.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Replace and configure hardware components, sensors, and subsystems as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Execute configuration and parameter changes, including network and system settings on deployed robots.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Interface directly with customer teams to provide status updates, answer technical questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain logs of service activity, diagnostics data, and configuration changes in a structured and reliable format.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support initial site bring-up and commissioning efforts for new deployments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist with documentation development and service procedure refinement.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support weekend and after-hours troubleshooting on an on-call rotation basis.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years in a technical field service, robotics, or hardware support role.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel regularly (30–50% anticipated).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with Linux terminal, remote troubleshooting, and basic shell scripting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on skills with mechanical/electrical components and system-level debugging.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in industrial or warehouse environments.</li>
</ul>

<li>Capable of interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.</li>

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse. This includes unloading and receiving shipments, inventory management, order picking, packing and shipping, stock replenishment, processing returns, warehouse organizing. Assist with production activities including installing helmet accessories, servicing fire systems, application of heat press logos on racewear and apparel. The position is based in Mooresville, NC.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Receiving and Unloading:</strong> Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents against the purchase orders or packing lists, and unload them from trucks or delivery vehicles. Inspect and report any damaged or missing items.</li>
<li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, categorizing, and storing products in designated locations. Use inventory management systems to track stock levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.</li>
<li><strong>Order Picking, Packing and Shipping:</strong> Retrieve items from the inventory based on pick tickets, customer orders. Pack items securely and accurately, ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for shipping. Prepare shipping documents, labels, and manifests for outgoing shipments. <li><strong>Process Returns:</strong> Receive and process returns from customers according to established procedures. Inspect returned items for damage or defects, determine the appropriate course of action (e.g., restocking, repair, disposal), and update inventory records accordingly.</li>
<li><strong>Stock Replenishment:</strong> Restock inventory as needed to maintain optimal levels.</li>
<li><strong>Equipment Operation:</strong> Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and transport goods safely and efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.</li>
<li><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Inspect products for quality and accuracy, identifying any defects, damages or errors. Report and resolve discrepancies with supervisors or appropriate personnel.</li>
