Partnering with our SVP of People you will create the views and slides that our executives will use to better understand the workforce.</li>\n<li>Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support People team decisions and business partner requests</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain equity budget tracking including forecast vs. actual share utilization by grant type</li>\n<li>Analyze compensation equity and pay parity across the organization and surface insights to leadership</li>\n<li>Partner with Finance on headcount planning and workforce cost modeling</li>\n<li>Support the design and analysis of employee surveys and engagement data</li>\n<li>Present data insights in clear, compelling formats for PeopleTeam leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or People Analytics</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills , you are comfortable working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including complex formulas, nested if statements, and pivot tables</li>\n<li>Experience with compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford, Mercer, Carta, or similar</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of equity compensation including stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules, and 409A valuations</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills , able to translate complex data into clear narratives</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Bonus</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity</li>\n<li>Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or People Insights</li>\n<li>Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis</li>\n<li>Experience working in a high-growth startup or aerospace/technology company</li>\n<li>Knowledge of benefits administration and vendor management</li>\n<li>Experience supporting executive compensation programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we offer</p>\n<p>All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.
