To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of hands-on expertise in RPG400/IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, Embedded SQL, Query & ILE

• Recent and advanced experience with RPG (ILE/FREE) using Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions

• A strong understanding and working experience with CI/CD and available tools, such as Jenkins, Sonar, RDI

• Working experience in an agile environment

• The ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools

• The ability to resolve critical issues in a timely manner

• Experience releasing to production what you developed and then supporting it

• Hands-on experience of Application Design & Development in BFSI/Banking domain is desirable

• Change management experience and familiarity with a change management tool

• Understanding of DevOps concepts and techniques
