As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating drilling, riveting, staking, tapping, welding, and other production machinery. You will also be responsible for checking fixtures and measuring and gauging equipment to test and determine compliance to customer requirements.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operation of drilling, riveting, staking, tapping, welding, and other production machinery either automatic or manually operated as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of checking fixtures and measuring and gauging equipment to test and determine compliance to customer requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the counting and labelling of finished components and the recording of all appropriate production information.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that accurate information is entered into the inventory system.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Record trends on appropriate forms (i.e. lot control forms, production reports).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Check assemblies to fixtures, gauges, tools or visual inspection aids as outlined in the CP (i.e. inspection instructions, operator instructions).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify any concerns relative to productivity, quality, or safety.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform maintenance tasks including tip changes, tool changes, and set-up of equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform finished goods inspections as per the control plan and operator instructions as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of nonconformance, halt the operation and inform the leadhand or supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that non-conform material is identified with a reject tag or placed in the reject container.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the work area and machinery is clean and safe at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all departmental and general procedures where applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail oriented.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Applicants must be willing to work the afternoon or night shift.</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary range: $21.14 - $30.19</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunities for career growth and development</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits package</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p>\n<p>If you are interested in this position, please submit your cover letter and resume to [insert contact information].
