      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk Operations team. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the organisation&#39;s financial integrity and protecting against fraud.</p>
<p>Your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing detailed analysis of high-risk add funds, purchases, and money movement via real-time queues, resolving Fraud Alerts promptly to mitigate potential revenue losses and customer harm.
Supporting customer inquiries escalated from Customer Service Representatives.
Maintaining performance standards to ensure efficiencies and accurate decision-making.
Determining existing fraud trends by analysing accounts and transaction patterns, and sharing feedback on observations. Recommending best practices based on changing patterns and trends.
Identifying fraud rules and system improvements to mitigate loss and increase department efficiency while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responding to banking partner inquiries regarding suspicious card activity as needed, and interacting with external customers to validate information for KYC processes and transaction validation.
Participating in special projects as required.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:
2+ years experience in risk review, backed by strong knowledge of back-end systems and Risk Assessment Methodologies.
Based in Bangalore, available for immediate joining in overnight shift, and flexible for a hybrid work model, with a well-equipped WFH setup.
Demonstrated analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with a proactive approach to learning and development.
Proficient in Google apps, fraud solutions providers, with a Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent work experience.</p>

Tuesday - Saturday: 11:30pm - 8:30am OR
Wednesday - Saturday: 9:30pm - 8:30am</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Multimatic&#39;s Mechanisms Engineering team is looking for talented Senior Design Engineers to help create innovative solutions for the world&#39;s leading OEMs. Our team develops everything from Side Door Hinges to advanced motion systems, including Active Aerodynamic devices and PowerDoor actuators.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in design process and product performance</li>
<li>Generating innovative design concepts to satisfy OEM customer requirements</li>
<li>Create and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings with GD&amp;T, and engineering documentation such as DFMEAs, DVP&amp;Rs, tolerance stack-ups, and other engineering calculations</li>
<li>Lead product development through defining and reviewing virtual and physical validation studies</li>
<li>Work in close partnership with program management, process, and quality teams at Multimatic&#39;s manufacturing divisions to support DFM, DFA, and VA/VE activities</li>
<li>Collaborate with Multimatic&#39;s Electronics and Software teams to deliver integrated solutions for powered mechanisms</li>
<li>Hands-on assembly of new design concepts to support prototype builds, testing, and validation</li>
<li>Communicate directly with customers to understand technical requirements, provide design solutions, and program updates</li>
<li>Provide technical mentorship to support knowledge sharing</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive experience in automotive component design</li>
<li>Proven leadership of major programs from concept development through production release</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of driving and executing key product and technology initiatives</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D GD&amp;T documentation (CATIA or NX preferred)</li>
<li>Deep expertise in kinematics, materials selection, and design for high-volume manufacturing and assembly</li>
<li>Experience defining and validating product requirements, including DVP&amp;R development and execution</li>
<li>Strong background in product risk assessment methodologies, including DFMEA</li>
<li>Led structured root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments</li>
<li>Genuine passion for mechanical design and the automotive industry</li>
