      <Description><![CDATA[<p>About the role
We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Packaging Designer to join our highly productive in-house team.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll have significant experience, preferably in the beauty sector, and significant exposure to branding, packaging and print collateral. You will be a conceptual designer with a great eye for typography and a thorough understanding of Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino and Keyshot or equivalent. You should also be a confident illustrator who can sketch ideas and translate sketches into packaging design. You will be able to interpret briefs, be extremely organised and manage your own projects from conception through to completion.</p>
<p>Reporting into the Head of 3D Design, you will help to develop creative concepts and design ideation for primary and secondary packaging briefs, as well as the delivery of some technical artworks. You will be an expert in print and be confident in presenting your ideas, whilst keeping up-to-date with current beauty and fashion trends.</p>
<p>As a Senior 3D Packaging Designer you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Design ideation and concept development of all projects</li>
<li>Manage own projects conception through to completion</li>
<li>Present design evolution and ideation of projects to wider team</li>
<li>Collaborate and communicate directly with cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Communicate needs and production requirements to Artworkers and Packaging Managers</li>
<li>Communicate and discuss copy direction with copy team</li>
<li>Continue developing design and strategic skills</li>
<li>Participate in the design review and production meetings</li>
<li>Approve relevant colour/design-sensitive components of packaging</li>
<li>Keep up-to-date on current art, design and fashion</li>
<li>Be a reliable, responsible member of the team</li>
<li>Set a good example to peers and junior team member</li>
</ul>

<p>About you</p>
<ul>
<li>Experienced and highly creative designer</li>
<li>Software - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Rhino and Keyshot or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience with Ai (Midjourney or equivalent) is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent typography/design and illustration skills</li>
<li>Good communication and presentation skills</li>
</ul>
