This role will be at the intersection of mid-and-bottom of funnel activities such as conferences, owned events, virtual events, and RFP management – to support pipeline initiatives.</p>\n<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of field events and RFPs.</li>\n<li>Field Events: Budget, creative, vendor management</li>\n<li>RFP: Timelines, internal stakeholder alignment</li>\n<li>Execution: Opportunity to travel 10-15% of the time for industry and owned events across audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualifications:</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management.</li>\n<li>Organized: You love systems and building them from the ground up and have excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and marketing teams.</li>\n<li>Creative: You love the art of storytelling and bringing mission to life through different channels and mediums.</li>\n<li>Mission-Oriented: You are passionate about expanding access to women’s and children’s healthcare and want your work to have a tangible social impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why you should join our team</strong></p>\n<p>By joining Pomelo, you will get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving, well-funded, and mission-driven startup where you will have a profound impact on the patients we serve.
