<li>Utilize every opportunity to promote exceptional customer service outside of the counter and build our customer database for direct marketing.</li>
<li>Implement individual and team development plans and conduct regular reviews to encourage feedback and coaching in both directions.</li>
<li>Create a positive and collaborative team environment in the counter through team meetings and a collaborative management style, recognizing and rewarding performance when necessary.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a clear understanding of business and commercial acumen by proposing plans, events, and other activities to drive commercial success.</li>
<li>Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, clean countertops, and hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Maintain perfect standards for external appearance and inspire team members to be their best selves and feel confident in their appearance.</li>
