<li>Develop run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and customer experience flows</li>
<li>Define success metrics for events (traffic, conversion, revenue) and track performance</li>
<li>Ensure consistent execution across stores through structured SOPs and toolkits</li>

<p>Influencer &amp; Creator Marketing</p>
<ul>
<li>Source and manage local influencers aligned with RazerStore audiences</li>
<li>Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations including outreach, briefing, store visits, and content capture</li>
<li>Partner with internal Social and Community teams to amplify influencer content across channels</li>
<li>Track influencer performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and store traffic</li>
</ul>
<p>Community &amp; Partnerships</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage relationships with local colleges, gaming communities, and grassroots organizations</li>
<li>Identify partnership opportunities that drive sustained store traffic and brand affinity</li>
<li>Support recurring community programming (tournaments, meetups, training sessions)</li>
</ul>
<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Business Development, Product Marketing, and Esports teams to support retail initiatives</li>
<li>Align with Global Social and CRM teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and amplification</li>
<li>Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure readiness for all activations</li>
</ul>
<p>Store Enablement &amp; Toolkits</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and distribute activation toolkits for store teams including briefs, signage guidelines, and execution checklists</li>
<li>Provide clear communication and training to store teams ahead of campaigns and events</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all locations</li>
</ul>
<p>Pre-Requisites:</p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or experiential marketing</li>
<li>Proven experience executing campaigns, events, or activations end-to-end</li>
<li>Experience working with influencers or creator marketing programs preferred</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines</li>
<li>Ability to translate strategy into execution with attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>

<p><strong>Omnichannel Customer Journey Design</strong></p>
<p>Architect the data flows and system integrations necessary to create a unified 360-degree customer view, connecting data from online touchpoints (website, app) and offline systems (Point-of-Sale, in-store events).</p>
<p><strong>Data &amp; Personalization Strategy</strong></p>
<p>In collaboration with the data team, design the marketing data model within our CDP. Architect solutions that leverage this data to deliver real-time, personalized content, product recommendations, and offers across all digital channels.</p>
<p><strong>Technology Evaluation &amp; Roadmap</strong></p>
<p>Lead the discovery, evaluation, and selection of new marketing technologies. Develop and maintain a multi-year MarTech roadmap that aligns with strategic business objectives for growth and customer experience.</p>
<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Enablement</strong></p>
<p>Work closely with brand marketers, e-commerce managers, and CRM specialists to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Empower teams by ensuring the technology is effective and user-friendly.</p>
<p>Qualifications &amp; Skills ----------------------</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
