This role focuses on strategic governance, planning, and execution of large-scale programs, working closely with Business and IT stakeholders.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Strategy &amp; Transformation Leader with deep expertise in Credit Cards and proven experience in large-scale technology implementations, this role will partner with a leading U.S. bank to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring successful governance, planning, and execution of transformation programs within the Cards domain.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic Governance &amp; Oversight</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Support governance frameworks for credit card technology transformation programs.   Ensure alignment of projects with overall business strategy and objectives.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Planning &amp; Execution</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and programs.   Lead large, distributed delivery teams across multiple geographies.   Coordinate with project managers, business units, and stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Executive Reporting</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and performance metrics for senior leadership.   Deliver clear insights and recommendations to enable informed decision-making.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Facilitate project review meetings and steering committees.   Act as a liaison between technology teams, business units, and senior executives.   Ability to manage Senior/C-Level Stakeholders across Business and IT</p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>10+ years in strategy, transformation, or program management within banking or financial services.   Strong background in Credit Cards and large-scale technology implementations.   Proven ability to work with both Business and IT stakeholders and lead large teams in a distributed delivery model.   Experience with retail cards and mobile technologies is a plus.   Familiarity with typical U.S.-based Core Cards platforms (e.g., TSYS, FIS, First Data) is highly desirable.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Skills:</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
