Developer Marketing Lead

At Trunk, our mission is to help teams create high-quality software quickly. We've helped engineerings teams at Google X, Zillow, and Brex to understand why their builds fail, which tests are flaky, and how to ship code faster without sacrificing reliability. AI has made writing code 10x faster, but shipping is still painfully slow. The bottleneck has shifted downstream - to merge conflicts, flaky tests, inconsistent code quality, and dozens of other frictions that drain productivity and morale. Engineering teams that can stay focused on designing, implementing, and delivering software will build magical, high-quality projects - and they'll be happier doing it. We're building a CI Reliability Platform that empowers teams to land code faster and develop happier.

We're looking for a Developer Marketing Lead who thrives in the creative chaos of early-stage startups. You've built pipelines at a tech company before and loved the variety - producing customer success stories one day, coordinating events the next, rolling out ad campaigns the day after. As our sole marketing hire, you'll have the freedom to own the entire marketing function. If you're energized by the challenge of making developers care about tooling to increase their productivity and get a kick out of seeing your work directly move the revenue needle, this role is for you.

You will have two strategic objectives: grow revenue and accelerate our move into the enterprise market. The responsibilities below reflect our current best thinking on how marketing can drive these goals - but we expect you to challenge, refine, and evolve these tactics as you learn what works. What matters is hitting the objectives; how you get there is yours to shape. You also will have the opportunity to partner closely with our Founders to craft the strongest messaging.

Responsibilities

Own the marketing strategy and execution - Design and run campaigns across both bottom-up (developer-led, community) and top-down (enterprise ABM, executive messaging) motions. Drive pipeline from first touch through enterprise adoption. Lean on our Founders to help craft the best messaging.

Build enterprise demand generation - Execute campaigns targeting large engineering orgs, create executive-level positioning for Directors/VPs/CTOs, and enable Sales with competitive intel, messaging, and materials that close deals.

Optimize paid and organic acquisition - Own the full funnel from awareness to SQL. Manage community sponsorships, paid campaigns, SEO, content distribution, and events. Set up attribution and kill what doesn't work.

Launch products and be the cross-functional hub - Own GTM for new releases. Work embedded with DevRel, Product, Engineering, and Sales to amplify technical content, shape roadmap with market insights, and build systems that make the whole company better at marketing.

Requirements

5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years of marketing to developers or technical audiences

Proven demand generation chops - Track record of building and scaling acquisition funnels with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue

Strong instincts for technical messaging - ability to translate complex developer tools into clear value props and positioning (please share samples in application)

Resourceful executor with startup DNA - You've thrived in lean environments where you've personally built landing pages, written ad copy, managed event logistics, created sales decks, and jumped in wherever needed to move the needle

Cross-functional collaboration - Experience partnering with Product, Sales, and DevRel/Community teams in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

Built marketing at Series A-C stage startups - as an early hire

Worked in developer productivity categories (devtools, infrastructure, API) and understand developer workflows, pain points, and buying behavior

Managed agencies or contractors to extend your leverage

Technical background

Based in SF/Bay Area and comfortable with Pacific Time working hours

Benefits

Unlimited PTO

Competitive salary and equity

Work-life balance

Flexibility to be fully or partly remote

Up to $200/month stipend for coworking space for remote folks

Few meetings, so you can ship fast and focus on building

One Medical membership on us!

Top-notch medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance

All insurance is 100% company-paid ($0 premiums) for employees and highly subsidized for dependents

FSA, HSA with company contributions, and pre-tax commuter benefits

401(k) plan

Paid parental leave (up to 12 weeks)

Stripe Communications (Open Application)

We're looking for a talented individual to join our Communications team at Stripe. As a member of this team, you'll play a crucial role in building and protecting Stripe's brand and influence across the world.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the world gets excited about Stripe's products and what they can enable for businesses. This will involve creating compelling demos, writing memorable speeches, preparing podcasts, and other similar tasks.

In general, we've found that the most important skills you'll use a lot are excellent writing, obsessive attention to detail, first-principles thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness. And, of course, a keen curiosity both for the inner workings of Stripe's most technical products and for how the broader economic landscape is shifting under everyone's feet.

This year, we're hiring differently for some of our permanent roles. Rather than posting narrow job descriptions and screening for exact-fit experience, we want to find people of exceptional caliber and then shape the role to the person. Through the interview process, we'll work with you to find the right remit for your skills and the right path for your development.

As we explained above, the exact role and remit may look different depending on your skills, interests, and tenure at Stripe. But here's a sample set of plausible responsibilities:

Lead global product communications for one or more of Stripe's major product areas (e.g., our Money Management suite or our Payments suite).

Lead the development, articulation, and testing of Stripe's long-term public vision and messaging for that product area.

Design and roll out strategic campaigns that build awareness for Stripe's products and deepen key audiences' understanding of exactly what makes those products to businesses (as well as the value they add to the broader ecosystem or economy).

Create and edit extremely high quality written materials for Stripe's biggest moments, including newsroom posts, social content, industry keynotes, top tier media interviews, and more.

Work with local and regional comms leads to raise awareness for Stripe globally.

Develop and maintain relationships with top tier reporters, thought leaders, and influencers.

Collaborate closely with your counterparts on the partnerships and product marketing teams.

Provide strategic counsel to our executive team, including Stripe's founders and most senior product leaders.

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. We value experience, but that doesn't necessarily mean traditional comms experience. In recent years, our hiring has been 50/50 split between top comms pros and people without any such background, including several former founders. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.

You’ve gone beyond basic data annotation and have hands-on experience with data analytics, using insights to inform decisions and improve processes.\n\n- You’re energized by start-up environments. If you enjoy the hustle, resourcefulness, and rapid iteration typical of start-ups, you’ll feel right at home.\n\n- You have some relevant experience.
Strategic Account Executive, Cybersecurity

As a Strategic Account Executive focused on cybersecurity, you'll own some of Anthropic's most strategic cybersecurity relationships—companies building the next generation of AI-powered security products.

You'll drive multi-million dollar commitments by expanding Claude's footprint across customer product portfolios (AI-powered SOC, threat detection, security copilots) and internal operations (Claude Code for engineering teams). You'll work at the intersection of executive relationships and technical depth—one week you're in a CTO strategy session, the next you're helping an engineering team scope an agentic deployment.

This role requires someone who can think like a partner, not just a seller. You'll collaborate closely with our Applied AI team on custom deployments, work with Product on cybersecurity-specific capabilities, and help shape Anthropic's go-to-market in one of our highest-potential verticals.

Responsibilities:

Win business and drive revenue within a book of strategic cybersecurity accounts. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Drive expansion across multiple buying centers within strategic accounts—product teams building customer-facing AI features, platform teams deploying Claude Code to engineering orgs, and security research teams exploring frontier capabilities

Navigate complex organizational structures across security, product, engineering, and executive teams. Build multi-threaded relationships with CISOs, security architects, product and engineering leaders, and C-suite executives

Partner with Solutions Architect and Product teams on technical scoping, custom agent development, and enterprise deployments

Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the cybersecurity market. Analyze account landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging security trends to inform targeted sales activities

Identify and develop use cases across security operations (SecOps automation, threat hunting, alert triage), security product development (AI-powered detection, intelligent response), and internal security functions

Navigate unique considerations of AI in security contexts, including model guardrails, responsible deployment, and emerging use cases like AI red-teaming

Own sophisticated deal cycles involving security evaluations, red team assessments, and complex procurement processes. Navigate security and compliance requirements with patience and expertise

Build and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting for complex, multi-workstream accounts. Develop deep understanding of how large security vendors budget for AI infrastructure across product and internal use cases

Serve as the voice of the cybersecurity customer internally. Inform product roadmaps by gathering feedback on security-specific requirements, compliance needs, and competitive gaps

Develop cybersecurity-specific sales playbooks, case studies, and best practices. Contribute to building Anthropic's reputation as a trusted partner in the security ecosystem

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have:

8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals, including at least 3 years selling to or within the cybersecurity industry

Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape including key market segments (endpoint, cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, identity, threat intelligence), major players, and emerging trends

Experience selling to security-focused buyers (CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders) and navigating security-specific procurement processes

Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives, board members, and senior security leaders. Ability to articulate both technical value and business impact

Experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001) and comfort discussing data handling, model security, and responsible AI deployment

Consultative sales approach with ability to understand complex security challenges and craft tailored solutions. Position yourself as a strategic advisor on AI adoption in security contexts

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to mobilize internal resources including product, engineering, security, and legal teams for complex deals

Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving when faced with security objections, compliance requirements, or technical challenges unique to the security vertical

Passion for both AI and cybersecurity with enthusiasm for helping security organizations transform through responsible AI deployment. Strong alignment with Anthropic's mission of developing safe, beneficial AI systems

Nice to Have:

Prior experience at a cybersecurity vendor or in a security-focused role

Technical background or certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, or similar)

Existing relationships with CISOs and security leaders at target accounts

Experience selling AI/ML solutions into security use cases

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant

About the role

We’re building one of the most elite GTM organisations in tech and we’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to help scale it.

This isn’t your typical EA role. You’ll be the operational right hand to our CRO and supporting the leadership team that drives all revenue functions at Synthesia. Think: calendar control, travel orchestration, strategic meeting flow, and the glue between Sales, Success, and the broader business.

What You’ll Do:

Partner closely with the CRO and GTM leaders to prioritise time, focus, and energy across meetings, customers, internal stakeholders, and strategic initiatives.

Own and optimise complex calendars, across time zones, with ruthless prioritisation.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, off-sites, QBRs, and field events and ensure they land with impact.

Handle executive travel, logistics, and briefings like a pro, details matter.

Create leverage across the GTM org by helping drive action items, follow-through, and internal alignment.

Manage ad hoc requests with speed, confidentiality, and judgment.

About You:

You’ve supported senior leaders (CRO, Sales, GTM, or C-suite) in high-growth, high-performance environments.

You love solving problems before they’re visible - you’re proactive, not reactive.

You’re polished but scrappy, someone who brings professionalism without over-engineering.

You’re organised under pressure, resourceful when things get chaotic, and always one step ahead.

You’re based in NYC and thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment with exec visibility.

Why This Role Matters:

This is a rare opportunity to plug directly into a GTM engine that’s scaling at lightning speed. You’ll be the connective tissue across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Ops, helping the team move faster, smarter, and with more precision.

If you’ve ever wanted to see how a category-defining company grows from the inside out — this is it.

Benefits:

Learn more about our Benefits and how we work at Synthesia in our Candidate Hub.

We are looking for someone in NYC (or willing to Relocate) who thrives in an In-Office culture.

Compensation: Will be dependent on experience but we are targeting a range of $80,000-$130,000.

Department

OperationsPeople

Synthesia is the world's leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the centre of successful organisations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

The Role

We're looking for a world-class Executive Assistant who can serve as a true partner to our Cofounders, Steffen and Victor. This person will be the go-to for keeping things moving, anticipating needs before they arise, and making sure priorities are executed seamlessly. The scope will be broad and varied—from managing complex calendars and coordinating travel, to supporting off-sites, events, personal matters, and contributing to strategic projects. This is a high-impact role with exposure to both operational and strategic challenges. If you're flexible, thrive under pressure, and love being the person who just gets things done, this could be the role for you. You'll join a dynamic, ambitious, and supportive team that values ownership and initiative.

What you'll do:

Act as the right hand to our Cofounders, managing schedules, communications, and priorities.

Organise and execute leadership meetings and special events.

Coordinate complex travel logistics across time zones.

Support personal and professional tasks that keep the Cofounders focused on their most important work.

Contribute to strategic and operational projects—bringing structure, follow-through, and creative problem-solving.

You'll need to be:

Experienced: You've worked as an EA (ideally supporting founders, C-suite, or executives in fast-growth environments). Experience in Private equity or investing would be highly valuable.

Resilient: You thrive in intense, ever-changing environments and stay calm under pressure.

Resourceful: You are a natural problem solver with a 'no job too big or small' mindset.

Organised: You balance multiple priorities seamlessly, with strong attention to detail.

Flexible: You can pivot quickly and handle both strategic projects and tactical tasks with equal energy.

Confidential: You handle sensitive information with the highest discretion and professionalism.

People-first: You build trust quickly and communicate with clarity and warmth.

This is an onsite role in our London HQ

At Synthesia, we expect everyone to...

Put the Customer First

Own it & Go Direct
