<p>Key responsibilities include setting the UX vision and principles across player, creator, marketplace, and safety experiences, owning multi-surface design across mobile and PC, building and scaling a unified design system, leading creator experience design, elevating player journeys, institutionalizing research and insights, operationalizing experimentation, championing accessibility and inclusive design, establishing Design Ops, codifying regional UX playbooks, and recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent.</p>
<p>Requirements include 10+ years in Product/UX Design for consumer platforms, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design teams, a portfolio demonstrating platform-scale UX, creator/tooling design, and design-system leadership, expertise in mobile-first design with strong cross-platform sensibilities, proven experience shipping at least two of: creator tooling, content discovery/feeds, social/UGC features, marketplace/economy surfaces, or safety/identity systems, and excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.</p>

<p>In this role, you&#39;ll collaborate closely with a team of product designers and cross-functional partners to craft the Foundations experiences of today and tomorrow. You&#39;ll lead product designers working on the end-to-end design of new features and improvements across enterprise and consumer mission critical experiences. You&#39;ll help chart our course into the future as we evolve our technology, product, and design paradigms.</p>

<p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead design and help shape product direction across OpenAI&#39;s Foundational Systems across consumer and enterprise on Payments, Identity &amp; Access, and the developer/research tools that power our ecosystem</li>

<li>Have experience working on technical, highly cross-functional products, partnering closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams. In general, you are excited about building collaborative relationships with many partners!</li>
