<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead electrical and software system integration efforts, and work cross-functionally to ensure aspects such as signal integrity, power management, communication protocols, and autonomy behavior meets design intent and system requirements (design criteria)</li>
<li>Define and maintain system-level electrical and software interface requirements using Jama and internal tools, ensuring clarity across design teams</li>
<li>Help develop and execute integration and validation test plans for electrical subsystems, software-in-the-loop (SIL), and hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing</li>
<li>Define and execute electrical reliability tests (e.g., EMI/EMC, power cycling, thermal stress) to validate robustness and fault tolerance</li>
<li>Support root cause investigations for electrical and software-related failures, coordinating corrective actions and preventive measures</li>
<li>Lead technical reviews related to system interfaces, electrical integration, and software verification results, ensuring feedback is integrated into design updates</li>
<li>Mentor other engineers in best practices for electrical and software reliability, including fault-tolerant design, redundancy, and diagnostic coverage</li>
<li>Define top-down use cases, system architecture, and design reference missions for products alongside product architects and responsible engineers</li>
<li>Define, document, and maintain system requirements (design criteria) using Jama and in-house developed tools/environments</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for system requirements, testing requirements, verification and validation</li>
<li>Clearly articulate technical information to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment of objectives across engineering, software, and mission operations</li>

<li>Develop, own, and execute subsystem- and system-level verification and validation (V&amp;V) plans to ensure designs meet functional, performance, autonomy, reliability, and safety requirements</li>
<li>Define test objectives, configurations, procedures, and success criteria for subsystem and full-system integration tests</li>
<li>Lead root cause analysis/failure investigation, and corrective action for issues found during R&amp;D and qualification testing alongside the development, quality, and test teams.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain internal data analysis and visualization tools to streamline test reporting and decision-making</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with mission operations, design engineers, and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret in-field or post-deployment data, feeding results back into design iterations</li>
<li>Work with hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) engineers to architect verification &amp; test campaigns and execute subsystem- and system-level testing</li>
