We are frequently pulled into high priority problems that must be solved, but do not fall neatly into the purview of an existing person’s job description.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Much of the time, these core responsibilities go hand-in-hand.</p>\n<p>As Portfolio Operations, you will be critical to supporting all of these responsibilities.</p>\n<p>While the Intelligence Systems team will be your team, you will often be working across the business, working cross-functionally with leaders and teams throughout the organization to solve messy problems, set up new processes, capture data, action upon it, and enable others to do the same.</p>\n<p>Required qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in management consulting, internal operations, or business operations role.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management experience including: In this role, you will serve as the internal functional lead for our Workday Financials implementation, owning the design and configuration of the Financial Data Model (FDM), Chart of Accounts, and Design:</strong> Participate in implementation workshops, challenge requirements, and translate business needs into buildable designs and testable acceptance criteria; manage defects and data quality finance systems, ERP implementation, or business systems analysis roles, with at least 5 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess deep expertise in Workday Financial Data Model (FDM), including Chart of Accounts design, Worktags configuration, dimensional hierarchies, and Accounting Books setup</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Have strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including data modeling, source integration, calculated fields, and report development</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Are skilled at translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, bridging the gap between finance stakeholders and technical implementation teams</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Have experience with full ERP implementation lifecycles, including requirements
