This role blends a traditional Business Analyst position with light Scrum Master responsibilities and focuses on ensuring clarity of requirements, strong delivery execution, and effective cross-functional coordination.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced working on projects involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, without requiring hands-on configuration or development experience in those tools.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and ready for development.</li>\n<li>Delivery Support and Coordination: Act as a delivery partner to product owners and delivery teams, ensuring scope, dependencies, assumptions, and integration touchpoints are clearly understood and actively managed throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Agile and Scrum Support: Support Agile teams by facilitating or assisting with backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed to maintain effective sprint execution.</li>\n<li>Backlog Management: Work with product owners to groom and prioritize the backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, properly sized, and aligned with business and integration objectives.</li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and collaboration platform teams.
