Identify and implement new data sources, analytics tools, and methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.</p>
<p>Digital Transformation</p>
<p>Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, automate processes, and enhance operational capabilities. Identify and implement new digital technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives. Provide training and support teams for adapting to new processes, technologies, and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.</p>
<p>Leadership and Collaboration</p>
<p>As the Personal Lines Hub Leader and member of the PL Leadership Team, this role is responsible for participating and implementing PL&#39;s business strategy. Provide subject matter expertise to PL leaders in their functional area, staying up to date with best practices, technologies, and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Actuary, Analytics, Underwriting, Distribution, IT, and Finance. Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to handle new technologies and processes. Identify skill development needs, areas of improvement, and skill gaps within team members, and facilitate mentorship and learning opportunities to improve their skills.
