<li>Produce and distribute correspondence (typing, filing, data entry)</li>
<li>Set up litigation, warranty, subpoena, and transactional matters in the matter management system</li>
<li>Process settlement checks, auction proceeds, and sales tax checks</li>
<li>Organize and schedule meetings and appointments</li>
<li>Book travel arrangements</li>
<li>Submit and reconcile expense reports, payment requests, and check requisitions</li>
<li>Prepare presentations and reports</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>AA degree preferred but not required</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience and/or at least 2 years of experience working in a law office or corporate law department</li>
