      <Description><![CDATA[<p>To efficiently manage and support the continual running of the technical services &amp; fabric maintenance contract on a day-to-day basis at the Victoria Centre on behalf of ABM Technical Solutions.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager, including fault finding, testing, repairing, and preventative maintenance of building fabric and other duties in support of the rest of the team.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with using CAFM systems, ordering parts, and understanding of KPIs</li>
<li>Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager</li>
<li>Closing/updating completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system</li>
<li>Ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems</li>
<li>Coordinating specialist subcontractors&#39; requirements both for PPM and reactive works</li>
<li>Ensuring company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works</li>
<li>Inspecting the condition of services and proactively dealing with callouts/repairs as required, and requested by management</li>
<li>Attending site emergencies</li>
<li>Carrying out tasks within typical plantroom environments and at high level, working from platforms and ladders. All access and PPE will be provided</li>
<li>Keeping and maintaining all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner</li>
<li>Proactively working towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach</li>
<li>Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, as detailed in the site plans</li>
<li>Completing any other associated task requested by the management</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have experience with training and supervising engineers to build a positive relationship within the team and assisting engineers as required to get works completed to a satisfactory level.</p>
<p>They will also have good IT skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of Health &amp; Safety in the workplace.</p>
<p>Additionally, they will have excellent understanding of M&amp;E Building Services, Facilities management experience, and electrical, L8 (legionella awareness), fire systems, asbestos, F-Gas, etc.</p>
<p>They will also be able to keep site logbooks fully up to date to evidence compliance and deal with a wide range of M&amp;E emergencies in a professional manner and being hands on to help resolve.</p>
