<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Support initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, middleware, analytics, and collaboration systems</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to change management, release governance, and security controls</li>
<li>Provide concise and structured reporting to senior leadership</li>
<li>Translate technical challenges into clear business impact</li>
<li>Maintain transparency across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle</li>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

<li>7+ years of experience managing technical or enterprise system projects</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives</li>
<li>Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and system integrations</li>
<li>Experience operating in high-growth, fast-scaling environments</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk, high-coordination programs</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery models)</li>

<p>The IT Senior Manager – Change Management &amp; QA is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of IT quality assurance, testing, performance validation, release governance, and change enablement. This role ensures all IT solutions—across ERP, digital platforms, integrations, and custom applications—meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, stability, and business readiness. Operating as a global leader within a matrixed environment, this position establishes standardized QA and change frameworks while developing high-performing global teams. The role plays a critical leadership position in the SAP S/4HANA transformation and ensures predictable, low-risk delivery across the global IT portfolio through disciplined change and quality practices.</p>

<p><strong>Enterprise Change &amp; QA Strategy</strong></p>

<li>Define and own the global strategy for IT quality assurance, testing, performance validation, release governance, and IT change management.</li>

<p><strong>Release &amp; Change Governance</strong></p>

<li>Serve as enterprise QA and change leader for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.</li>
<li>Ensure integration testing, release controls, and change governance elevate enterprise-wide standards.</li>
<li>Balance transformation initiatives with ongoing global production support and releases.</li>
