<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>Professional experience in engineering software environments (BS+5, MS+3, or PhD+1 minimum; BS+8, MS+6, or PhD+3 preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency with Ansys (part of Synopsys) software or other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM packages.</li>
<li>Skills in tool chaining, workflow customization, automation, and scripting/programming (Python, C/C++, Java, C#).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience with design of experiments, optimization, and AI/ML technologies including Reduced Order Modeling.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Process Integration and Design Optimization platforms like Ansys optiSLang, Ansys ModelCenter, or equivalents.</li>
<li>Logical problem-solving abilities and clear communication of technical solutions to customers.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead webinars and presentations.</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.</li>

<li>Understanding of projection-based ROMs, dimensionality reduction, and feature engineering.</li>
<li>Knowledge of multi-fidelity system modeling using Twin Builder, Simulink, AMESim or equivalent.</li>
<li>Familiarity with deployment and operationalization of AI models, including integration into engineering workflows and use of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure equivalent.</li>
<li>Exposure to cloud or HPC-based environments for large-scale simulation or data processing.</li>
