Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience in engineering software environments (BS+5, MS+3, or PhD+1 minimum; BS+8, MS+6, or PhD+3 preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency with Ansys (part of Synopsys) software or other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM packages.
• Skills in tool chaining, workflow customization, automation, and scripting/programming (Python, C/C++, Java, C#).
• Strong knowledge and experience with design of experiments, optimization, and AI/ML technologies including Reduced Order Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Process Integration and Design Optimization platforms like Ansys optiSLang, Ansys ModelCenter, or equivalents.
• Logical problem-solving abilities and clear communication of technical solutions to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead webinars and presentations.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• MS (or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering systems, simulation, or data-driven modeling.

• Experience working with modeling, simulation, optimization, or data-driven engineering workflows.
