As a Fakturist/Garantiesachbearbeiter, you will be responsible for:

• Abrechnung and Rechnungserstellung von internen und externen Serviceaufträgen nach Herstellervorgaben
• Erstellung von Gutschriften und Stornos
• Versicherungsabwicklung inkl. Kommunikation
• Abrechnung and Rechnungstellung von Garantieaufträgen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceberatern und Werkstattleitern bei der Rechnungserstellung
• Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Richtlinien und Standards
• Pflege von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten
