At Bayer, we're seeking a Plant and Process Safety Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality department, you will provide specialized knowledge and technical support in quality assurance and control processes within the organization. This position involves analyzing quality data, developing best practices, and advising teams on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
\nKey responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Bayer and regulatory requirements related to plant and process safety, providing technical expertise for site management and other US/regional production sites, and supporting the incident investigation process related to HSE and continuous improvement of HSE concepts in the Luling.
\nTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a 4-year degree in engineering, quality, communications, logistics, science, or equivalent relevant field, and a minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience. You should also have experience working with complex systems, such as SAP, RC14001, ISO, RAGAGEP, etc., and be able to identify needs and create/execute strategies to improve HSE Management Systems compliance and performance.
\nWe offer a competitive salary range of $109,280.00 - $163,920.00 per year, plus additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
