With a focus on delivering high-quality products and services, we are committed to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.</p>\n<p>The EH&amp;S Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our environmental, health, safety, and radiological protection programs. This includes providing hands-on monitoring, compliance support, and operational oversight across manufacturing and laboratory environments. The successful candidate will have prior radiological experience and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with operations and technical staff.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Radiological &amp; Area Safety Support</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support radiological control activities including area monitoring, contamination surveys, and access controls.</li>\n<li>Assist with implementation of radiological work permits and site-specific safety requirements.</li>\n<li>Monitor work activities in radiological areas to ensure compliance with procedures and controls.</li>\n<li>Support personnel monitoring and contamination control practices.</li>\n<li>Report abnormal conditions, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to EH&amp;S leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>EH&amp;S Program Support</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with day-to-day execution of environmental, health, and safety programs.</li>\n<li>Support inspections, audits, and routine safety walkthroughs.</li>\n<li>Help maintain EH&amp;S documentation, logs, and records.</li>\n<li>Support incident investigations and corrective action tracking.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operational &amp; Field Support</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide on-the-floor safety presence to support manufacturing, maintenance, and technical teams.</li>\n<li>Assist with hazard identification, job safety analyses, and work planning activities.</li>\n<li>Ensure PPE requirements and safety controls are understood and followed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Training &amp; Compliance</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with delivery and tracking of EH&amp;S and radiological training.</li>\n<li>Support onboarding of new employees with safety orientation and site requirements.</li>\n<li>Reinforce a strong safety culture through consistent communication and engagement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in EH&amp;S, industrial safety, manufacturing operations, or a regulated technical environment.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work in radiological areas following training and procedural controls.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with operations and technical staff.</li>\n<li>Comfort working on the production floor and in active work environments.</li>\n<li>Technical, trade, military, or equivalent hands-on background preferred.</li>\n<li>Prior radiological, nuclear, or hazardous materials experience is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li>\n<li>Health Savings Account</li>\n<li>Disability and Life Insurance</li>\n<li>401K Plan</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off, Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Environment:</p>\n<p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
