<p>You will own the technical vision and architecture for major portions of the AI Workload Orchestration Platform, design scalable, reliable orchestration primitives for AI workloads across multiple schedulers and runtimes, lead cross-team architecture reviews and drive alignment across infrastructure, CKS, and managed inference teams, define platform standards for reliability, observability, capacity management, and operational excellence, identify and resolve systemic performance, scalability, and fairness issues across large GPU clusters, mentor senior engineers and grow technical leadership within the organization, and represent the platform in technical reviews and influence broader CoreWeave platform strategy.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As an Incentive Compensation Systems Engineer at Anthropic, you will lead the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of our incentive compensation management (ICM) platform. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and HR to translate incentive compensation designs into scalable system configurations, ensuring accurate calculations, reliable integrations, and efficient workflows.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<p>You will serve as the primary system administrator for the ICM platform, managing user access, security, and system health, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate compensation processes, reducing manual intervention and cycle time.</p>
<p>You will also build and maintain reporting infrastructure within the ICM platform to support compensation dashboards and attainment tracking, and partner with Revenue Operations and Accounting to deliver accurate, timely compensation data for forecasting and accruals.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience implementing or administering ICM platforms, strong technical skills with experience in SQL, data integration tools, and system configuration, and proven ability to translate business requirements into system logic and maintain accurate, auditable calculations.</p>
<p>You will also need experience managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality across integrated systems, strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to debugging and root cause analysis, excellent documentation practices, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p>
<p>The annual compensation range for this role is $190,000-$270,000 USD.</p>

<p>Within Mistral&#39;s Applied AI team, the Applied Science works closely with the research team to deliver co-training projects,from pre-training through post-training.</p>
<p>We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to embed within our Applied Science organization. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of technical projects,from helping build the Applied Science product roadmap, tracking research papers and blog posts to maintaining the health of all Applied Science product verticals.</p>
<p>As a TPM, you will oversee the tracking and dissemination of technical papers, blog posts, and research outputs for Applied Science projects. You will conduct health checks for all Applied Science verticals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency, and support execution.</p>
<p>You will design and operationalise systems for tracking project progress, surfacing dependencies, and maintaining momentum across teams. You will develop and refine a customer experience process to onboard clients to products, including cluster setup and technical integration.</p>
