Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end implementation and configuration of our ICM platform, including plan modeling, crediting rules, quota management, and payout calculations

You will also need experience managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality across integrated systems, strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to debugging and root cause analysis, excellent documentation practices, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
